These plants get their name for an obvious reason: they are huge bud producers. Bred specifically as production plants, their smoke is medium thick, but their THC tends to be lower than some other strains. They are prized for their large bud production in a small space and on one plant.

They grow to be about 55cm at maximum and in that will produce over 500 grams of buds per 1,000 watts, if grown properly. These are almost exclusively a hydroponic or indoor strain, though some have had luck outdoors with them in milder temperate areas. Prepare to spend a lot of time harvesting when the 8 weeks of flowering commences. Most often prescribed for common ailments and uses as a lower-cost alternative.

Big Bud is a favorite among indoor marijuana growers because of its unmatched yield. Large buds with large leaves. Stock with more expensive varieties if you really want to get a good high.

   I actually thought that this strain wasnt bad considering the Taste was yummy and the Yield is fantastic and the High Wasnt That bad at all not as Weak as they Say… Better than Mids… I wouldnt say its top shelf but its A good strain i would recommend People To Grow, and try at least once… 7 stars for taste AND yeild With a moderate stone…

   I don’t know how accurate my review is but I am reviewing Hawaiian big bud not just plain big bud. Which was amazing and I acquired at a dispensary in rochester washington. The flavor, smell , and high are the best I have ever experienced

   I love big bud. I’m still a relatively new cannabis smoker, but I’ve tried several strains of different varieties to know what’s good and what’s not. This will make you very tired, but it’s a buzzy, happy high. Tastes better than most weed I’ve had, and smokes well. Hits you hard and fast, and gives you a great night of sleep.

   This is good stuff if you want a quick high that is gonna make you space out, snack and then pass out. Sleep is great, but make sure you get plenty of it or you’ll still be a zombie when you wake up. Not sure about the buzz length, cuz I am usually crawling into bed still high. :)

   This is a relatively affordable strain that does everything for me that I need marijuana to do. It relieves anxiety and eases tension, it increase my appetite and helps me to go to sleep. It’s pretty perfect frankly! The flavor is not particularly enticing- but it’s not bad at all either.

   Pretty good stuff, good for chilling out at home, watching movies. Definitely don’t recommend it for going out. Makes me extremely sleepy. 7/10
