News » Former Dispensary Owner Stacy Pleads Guilty to Federal Charges
October 29, 2010 by Aaron Turpen
Former owner of a Vista, California dispensary, one of 14 raided last year, James Stacy has plead guilty to a federal charge of manufacturing marijuana. The plea is part of a deal in which all other charges will be dropped and Stacy will be recommended for three years’ probation.
Although fourteen dispensaries were raided and thirty people were arrested, charges were only brought on three of them, two by federal authorities and one by local prosecutors.
Yet another case of medical facilities being shut down by the feds in their abusive Drug War.
